BRG Nav — Support

BRG Nav is an offline navigation and mapping app for the search for VH-MDX, the light aircraft that disappeared over the Barrington Tops in 1981. It provides offline topographic maps, GPS track recording, waypoints and local weather for search teams working the Gloucester Tops.

Common Questions

Maps won’t load

Maps must be downloaded once over an internet connection before they can be used offline. Open the Downloads tab and download the layers you need while you have signal or Wi-Fi.

Track recording stopped

Keep BRG Nav running while recording. Recording continues in the background and with the screen locked, but stops if the app is force-quit.

Deleting your data

To request deletion of your account and recorded data, email missingaircraftvhmdx@gmail.com.
